We took the elevator to the fifth floor and found ourselves on top of a sandstone castle. The area was set up like a puzzle in a 3D platformer: on one wing was a giant typewriter and on the other there was an oversized lever. There was an inscription on the wall about needing to find a book about books to open the way forwards.
I asked my friend what book he chose. “The Book of Sages”, he said. “Oh, because it’s about the passing of knowledge, huh?” I replied. I still wasn’t sure which book I was going to pick.
I was now leaving the library and it was the first day of classes. I passed by a friend who was just about to take his first graphics course. Halfway down the stairs I remembered that I still hadn’t picked out a book and set my bag down in the stairwell to go back upstairs. I weaved through the large crowd of students in the library in search for the recommended reference section.
I suddenly felt uneasy about where I had left my stuff and decided once again to run down the stairs to fetch my bag. On my way down I passed by the third floor which had a huge model ship in the middle of a dimly lit gymnasium. I found my bag where I’d left it halfway to the second floor. I started the trek back up the stairs, passing by many floors that simply led to parking lots.
