I was playing a team based survival shooter on the living room couch with some friends. Someone asked what had happened to my rank as I held the top spot in the past. I told them that I’d cheated once, which disqualified me from getting onto the leaderboards ever again. My friends were thinking about ordering some KFC.

I walked out onto the front yard and someone held up a large bunch of bananas. They were going to throw it out because it started to smell like flowers and mold was growing on the skin. The moment they tossed it into the bushes, a sudden wave of itchiness came over my body. Apparently there was a small nest of spiders in the stem and the agitation had caused them to scatter everywhere.
