I was in the garage looking for a new bag to replace my backpack that I’d been using for years. I put some coins into the secondhand bag vending machine until 5 or so popped out from the bottom. I set the bags on the table on the other side of the room and started rummaging through them. I took a liking to a dark green canvas messenger bag and was surprised to find stacks of cash in a ziploc bag inside.

I had only looked away for a moment before all of the bags were gone from the table. My friends had taken them all onto their car and were about to drive away. I pleaded with them to give them back but didn’t want to make a scene. They backed away until they were able to turn around and drove off. I wished that I’d thought of just asking for the empty bag that I liked and let them keep the cash.

I was playing a black green deck against a white deck in Magic the Gathering. I had an enchantment that allowed me summon a creature from the top my deck whenever I played the first creature from my hand per turn. My draws lined up just right in such a way that it triggered every turn and ended the game in an overwhelming victory.
