I ran up to the top floor of the bare concrete building that was still under construction. I heard Gangnam Style blaring from the distance except all of the lyrics had been replaced by various “fuck you"s spliced together. I looked down below and saw an old friend running full speed towards the building. I jumped back and ran to the stairs to get to the roof. As I was hanging onto a concrete pillar, I felt a bee fly into my left ear.

I had wandered into an empty event hall which had apparently been rented out for an event involving vtubers. The chairs were already arranged facing the stage but all of the lights remained off.
