My dad and I were touring houses that were built during the Japanese era around Taipei. However some of them had been majorly redesigned since then, like the house were currently standing in: all of the garden areas were covered up with stone and the panes of the sliding doors replaced with glass. We overheard some other people talking about their plans to get rich and launder money.

My grandma called my dad, asking for help with her new smartphone. In my hands was a pamphlet with the logos of various airlines.
