My brother, his wife, and I were preparing our own breakfasts. I was making some kind of salad when I needed to use the restroom. I went to the toilet on the second floor and needed to pee so much that I had to flush halfway through in order to prevent the toilet bowl from overflowing.

When I went back downstairs, I heard someone ask if there were more people in the house today. It definitely felt like someone other that the three of us were in the house. I looked at the clock and saw that it was 6:10- I was so afraid of being late to school that I thought about skipping breakfast.

That was when I looked up and saw myself staring back at me on one of the wooden beams above the stairs. The more I looked around the house, the more I noticed the shadows of my figure looking straight at me.
