I was paying some kind of RTS game based on the world of Overwatch. The objective was to eliminate all enemy structures from the map, which spanned across the upper left half. I managed to sneak though the defenses to a garden in the middle of the base. I then built a production building in the blindspot of their static defenses and began pumping out units.

My food resources began plummeting as the upkeep for the units kept growing. I was managing to overrun the enemy however. I needed to convert the recently conquered land into farms if I wanted to keep up the pace or else my army would collapse.

I order to optimize this shift, I needed to renovate a partner’s room and remove the kitchen counter. They refused, explaining that the marble counter was needed for easy access to the difficulty settings. They said it gave more flexibility, despite the fact that you could already change the difficulty settings from the options menu. Despite me explaining this, they seemed entrenched in their decision and refused to clear the room. Food was already hovering at 0 and past the critical salvageable level.
