It was before dinner and a student visitor that I was hosting had arrived. They informed me about a pair of partner worksheets that they were assigned to fill out with the host (myself).

A classmate walked over and asked me to help him with a homework question. It was a multiple choice question: What is a vegetable? The first option was something that was obviously not a vegetable while the other two options were blank. I pointed out this fact to my classmate, suggesting that he was probably supposed to write in the correct answer.

He continued on to ask questions about game mechanics of a game I never played. Someone else butted in to answer his questions. It had something to do with a class called “Evocative Knight” and the move “Evocative shout” which had piercing abilities.

I returned to the visitor and noticed that the worksheet I was supposed to fill in was already complete but with the answers erased.
