I walked up to a friend who was sitting at a hotdog stand by the rice paddies late at night. Since he had been looking for housing recently, I asked him how the search was going when I really just wanted to talk about video games. He mentioned something about construction going on in a nearby neighborhood so I decided to check it out.

I rode out on my to the edge of the fields until I was met by a wire mesh fence that seemed to expand in all directions. It did in fact look like the area beyond the fence was being actively developed.
