Someone had asked me out on a date and we were trying to find each other in the city. I happened to bump into a friend’s mom at the bus stop so I asked her for directions to the mall that we had agreed to meet up at. It turned out she was also headed in the same direction.

We took the escalator down to the underground supermarket. In one of the corners of the building, there was a “VR wall” where you could step “outside” for a VR experience.

At the end of the afternoon, my date said that they had something serious they wanted to talk about. They asked if I was willing to be a cosplay partner - their previous friends had bailed on them.
