When I got out of the pool, I noticed that my socks were gone. After looking around, I saw that someone else was wearing my socks. I looked down to see that I was wearing their socks as well. “Well this is fine, I guess”, I said, “as long as you got nothing contagious, like some foot fungus.” Our socks were wet from walking around the pool.

Someone told me how her upper thigh was itching. I asked her if she had showered recently. She hadn’t. She claimed to have “mycemia”, a bacteria that was the cause of the skin irritation. She turned around to lay on her back, with her head towards the pool. The surface of the water was covered with dead insects.
