It was a frantic morning and someone asked me to double check whether or not two of the sources they were going to reference to write their paper were legitimate. Someone else told me that they hadn’t received an e-mail from me today - while people in other groups had from their respective team leaders. “Oh, they’re just doing that for fun”, I said, dismissing their concern.

We walked through the dimly lit alleyway on our first night of our week-long trip abroad. Our host told us that he was no longer going to come up with an itinerary beforehand, citing that we were too indecisive. We sat down for dinner when the host asked where the e-mail was. Everyone started laughing.
