Someone suggested that we should all go to E3 together someday. “But who will get us in?” I had forgotten that the event was now open to the public. We walked into the practice room with the piano to set out stuff down. I walked out of the room to wander around the atrium while the rest of them started playing songs. I went down to the ground floor first.
I overheard a conversation between the two people walking in front of me. They were arguing about the nature of free will but it quickly devolved into an issue of semantics and what it meant to have “freedom of the heart”. “Well I don’t ‘way-lieve’ that”, one of them finally retorted. I had a feeling that some kind of joke or pun must have flown over my head. I took the escalator back up before going back into the practice room.
When I walked out of the room again, I found myself at the doorway of a classroom in the basement. I walked towards one end of the hall to see someone barricading the path to the staircase upwards with chairs and tables. I asked him what he was doing and he told me it was to seal off the noise because we were being to loud in the basement.
