We were playing a board game and I was physically obstructing the opposition’s game-piece from advancing to the other side of the board. As the game had gone on for a certain number of turns, they now had an alternate win condition of killing any one of the seven demons. “Oh yeah, I forgot we’re on the same team”, I said as I looked up at the other people around the table.

“Where should I be?” I asked while looking for a spot to place my new unit. “Somewhere far away” they said. I decided to put it in an unfilled corner of the board simply so that all four corners could be occupied.

Envelopes were being handed out to everyone and some people immediately put on their coats upon receiving them. “Look, they got dressed so swiftly”, someone commented. When I got my envelope, I saw a -1 in red ink along with a comment about unsatisfactory grades. Inside was a wad of wet paper towels.

I looked up to see that there were now garden ornaments on the board that greatly oversized the preexisting figures. “Those are some big guys” I said. “And for you” someone responded. One person was hard of hearing and asked what we were talking about before we told him it was just a dumb Bane joke. “Wasn’t that banned somewhere?” they asked. I told them that I had no idea.

I only later realized that packaged towelettes were wrapped inside of the paper towels.

I was listening to something on loop in the background while browsing online. Someone had posted a link to an Overwatch promotion on Discord and without giving much thought, I clicked on it. All of a sudden, the music I was listening to through my browser became distorted and amplified while the screen went red. I tried to pull up Task Manager to no avail while the red screen gave way to the actual page of the link. On the page was a profile of someone who went by Ice_Frog with Link from Skyward Sword as the profile picture along with a -4 rating on GitHub.

As I sat up I attempted to record the previous events by typing into my phone. However when I looked up at the screen to see what I typed, I noticed that all of the vowels were missing.
