… We walked up to one of the stalls by the road that was selling an assortment of food. I had 200 NT on me and I asked how much the sugar apples cost. They seemed to be coated with some kind of orange powder. The lady told me to not bother as it was way too expensive. I instead opted for a bag of cuttlefish strips which cost 125. I got my change back in the form of a handful of coins which I then promptly dropped and had to pick up off of the sidewalk.

My friend had already continued walking without me. When I got to the intersection, I saw that he was on the other side of the street. The light was red but I had to cross the street. I tried to stop the cars from both directions with my mind which seemed to work. Somewhat. There seemed to be a limit as to how long I could keep them stationary and how many cars I could control at a given time. It took a lot of concentration to say the least.

I made a run for the last segment and had to dodge the trajectories of a car or two. I had nearly caught up.
