He got out of the pool to get a purple float but failed to climb over the wall so we went into the house instead.

We were waiting in the airport and when I walked up to someone who was sitting down, they were disappointed that I didn’t choke them on the spot.

After getting off the school bus, we had to walk around a large wall to get home. At some point we passed a sign that marked the boundaries of Taipei. Someone commented that we were leaving Taiwan. When I repeated his remark, he became unsure of what he actually said.
