It was an yearly tradition for the group to make an audio recording together for purely archival reasons. We would also play the past recordings when the time came to listen to the kinds of things people wanted to leave behind. When these recordings were played, everyone was handed a booklet that detailed the contents. The items were arranged from the bottom of the page to the top.

I was confused why today we were already hearing the recording that was supposed to be in the time capsule from last year. Many of the people who were there to contribute to the recording were still here and we noticed that a lot of the hopes and wishes we had made just the year before never came even remotely true.
