It was night time at a bus station. There were tones of teal and orange from the lights reflecting off of the painted roof. A few steps ahead to the right was a white board with a piece of paper stuck onto it with a magnet. It seemed to be advertising real estate of some sort, with large bold red text. The majority of it was in Mandarin and had “100%” on it somewhere.

To my left, a friend was wearing a turquoise shirt. He seemed to be walking ahead at a very slow pace so I followed his steps parallel to him a few meters away. Not long after two other people were tailing him, until a pillar obstructed my view of him. I woke up.

It looked like I was in a hotel. Overall is was rather orange, as you would expect from the lighting in a hotel room. The bed was quite large and on the opposite corner, an acquaintance of mine and former Japanese teacher were chatting. The topic of discussion seemed to be about the difficulty of biology courses.

I was back at the bus station. This time, the friend in turquoise revealed that he now has 10 houses in his possession. But he also claimed that he doesn’t really know any “facts” anymore.

Once again I was in the hotel room. I grabbed for my phone on my left to record the contents of the last dream: “10 houses, no facts”. The other two were still on my bed. I tried to wake myself up.

I was back in my room. It was dark as expected, but once again I wasn’t alone. My teacher then seemed to be going on about a “last assignment”. I forget what exactly it was about. I got up and tried to open the curtains, but no matter how hard I tried, the curtains wouldn’t part at the top, closing back together whenever I let go.

Then I woke up, for the last time.
