My parents asked me where I wanted to go when my next vacation came around. They suggested a hiking trip. I told them I didn’t have time to worry about that until I finished my thesis.

There was going to be a major Minecraft update tomorrow that changed some fundamental mechanics of the game. The restructuring of the code was going to be so major that nothing that had been previously made would be carried over to the new version. There was no point in making anything.
For this city-wide game, 13 members of the crowd had been preselected as zombies. Everyone was gathered in the main intersection to find groupmates for their initial alliances - despite not knowing who will turn out to be the enemy. As the clock struck zero, the zombies were revealed and the game began. People were running in all directions. A friend was revealed to be a zombie and they seemed rather upset about it.
I was invited to her birthday party which was being held at her apartment by the river. When I finally found the building, I uneasily loitered around the doors until her other friends had arrived. I wasn’t sure how to compose myself and silently tailed them as they walked past me.

I looked down to see that I was wearing their socks as well. “Well this is fine, I guess”, I said, “as long as you got nothing contagious, like some foot fungus.” Our socks were wet from walking around the pool.
Many of the jobs that I was looking at had competence in “stringr” as a prerequisite. Someone had contacted me saying that they were willing to teach me. “Thanks” I texted back, and agreed to meet outside of a coffee shop.
Due to concerns to their personal safety, we weren’t permitted to speak to the school president in person. Our only options were to make a phone call or a video call in a specialized conference room in the library. We opted for the phone call.
I was playing a Zelda game and it was one of those games where I purposefully limited myself to how much progress I make in one sitting. I walked behind a Deku Baba and ended up near a pool of water. As I walked around the water I saw that the other side of the wall had several JoJos painted on it.
My brother picked me up in his Mini Cooper after I got back from a trip abroad. We made a slight detour at a public bath where I was able to pick up my freshly done laundry. “Where are we?” I asked. “Home” is what he said as we drove away.
