There was some kind of competition going on in a large department store. My mother and I were on the top floor watching a dance performance unrelated to the competition. Afterwards, she wanted to keep the tickets in a plastic folder the same way I always would after traveling - for archiving purposes.

I emerged from a stairwell into a park that was on ground level. It wasn’t so much of a park as it was a garden. There was some greenery as well as glass. There was a lot of glass. It seemed like the objective of the garden was to let its visitors smash the glass panes.

We were in English class and our project was to reenact some action scene from a movie. It was in a medieval setting and I was the intruder, with my weapon of choice being a (rather modern) hammer. After the five or so defenders were defeated, I was greeted with a “welcome to the fort”.

It was the middle of March. Everyone was obsessing over these two guys that managed to hack into some administrative servers of our school back in November. I appeared to be in Kyoto again. Riding bikes must have become popular because I was on one. I had constant flashbacks of eating strawberries that morning.

We were standing at a storefront. It was overcast with a slow shade of purple. The Friday was going as planned if not for the fact that we were low on money.

We were in Spain, about to catch a boat back to Taipei. It was about 1 AM when we were running up some stairs, it was dark out. A teacher was with us. He went on ahead, triggering the motion senor activated spotlights. He was unfazed. The rest of us were a bit wary about exiting the stairwell, but we had no other choice. I opened the door and ran across the courtyard. Was that a room that was lit up to our right?

I guess we just finished eating dinner. Or lunch. My dad and I were deciding if we wanted to keep the leftover pasta. “Scallops don’t like oil”, he said. There was something about the pasta going bad more quickly if we kept the scallops as well.
