There were a lot of people in the building and it seemed like some kind of event just finished. On the fourth and fifth floors people were walking around naked looking for a place to shower.

A swarm of cockroaches tore at one of their own because it touched a doughnut in front of them. Playing something on the Wii inside a skyscraper with a view of the city. Someone called me “slow”.

There she was. There was just the three of us on the beach. The sun was blindingly bright as it reflected off of the white sand. I shouted a warning to not go too far into the water but the two of them went anyways. I didn’t have much interest in getting wet so I walked around in the shade to avoid scorching my feet.

We were moving out of our house soon and so the days left in my current room were limited. I woke up in the middle of the night to find that there were three radiators and and heat lamp around the bed. One of the radiators was plugged in and took over the socket that the floor lamp usually occupied. Two people were next to me in bed and I told them that they could use this bed when I was gone if they wanted.

I was in one of my old homes cleaning out my room and I had a few friends over. One of them was on the computer and was asking me how to take a screenshot on the Mac. I had no idea so I just continued piling books into the wardrobe. Apparently we were also supposed to go on some kind of trip and a bus was waiting for us. Among the things I was bringing was 5 counterfeit DVDs, which were a common sight back in China.

I was eating mochi when my teeth got stuck on it and my jaw dislocated. There was an article in the news about a shark that was chasing a dog through the streets of Florida. I later saw the dog with its head stuck in an automatic door of a supermarket. A shark was suspended in a tree nearby.

I was retuning home from school late at night so I had to walk home instead of taking a bus. I was holding a trash bag in my right hand. While walking on the highway, I looked out to the ocean when I realized that I was not carrying my backpack. I must have left it at school but now I had already gone to far to go back and still return home at a reasonable time. I thought that perhaps I would have to go back and stay at a hotel nearby for the night.

My parents and I were out in the streets at night. The buildings around us looked rather Mediterranean but I had the sense that we were in the United States. We were on our way to get back to our hotel. We passed by a marketplace when I took out my phone to check the map. In order to get to our room, we had to pass through a building for which the door lay in front of us. My dad thought it couldn’t be right, but I went in with my mother anyways.

There was some kind of magic trick being performed on the table inside the cold stony room. A stuffed fox was thrown across, only to return and circle around above the heads of the audience. Except from the vantage point that I was standing at, it as quite obvious that it was held up by a length of fishing line. However at some point something went wrong and the string had to be cut. Who I assume was the performer took out a pair of scissors and tried to cut the string. However suddenly someone shouted, “Get down!” And everyone but the magician ducked.

I was at someone’s house playing some kind of card game that resembled bingo. Except instead of getting lines, you had to create pentagons with the numbers called, or something like that. But then suddenly everyone just packed up and left to take a bus that was waiting outside. My mom then came into the room and asked why I was in here alone.
