We were sitting on some sofas that were set behind a computer screen. The person in front of us seemed rather busy as we passed phones to each other to show off our screens.

We had finally arrived at our destination by boat. Everyone started to stand up from their red seats and went to the front.

Everyone was sitting in the schoolyard and early. Class was to start at 9. Buses were pulling in as more students arrived. We weren’t here for classes but to check our results on a bulletin board for which colleges we got into. I walked through the students sitting on the floor in their own small circles. A group of old friends were touching each others’ faces saying “boomf” in an exaggerated tone.

I was sitting in an open area around what seemed to be some kind of stage with my dad. We were watching a 3D display of some sort. The show featured rather polished animation, but partway through it seemed that the producers got lazy and started to animate some really random and obscene things. At the end the show closed with a bunch of neon colored geometric shapes being shot straight at the viewers.

I was in a moderately sized square room with two doors. However The room was split in the middle by a movable divider. The atmosphere was rather rowdy so I went from the outside to see what was happening on the other side of the room.

My dad and I were walking through some kind of art exhibit. The theme seemed to be rather industrial mixed in with a bit of traditional Japanese styles. We got to the exit and saw my mother and grandparents waiting there. We then went to sit at a table that was close by and started eating.

Our partner was the target of some kind of nerve poison that ate away at his spinal cord. Apparently they were coming for us next. I was sitting inside of a green room and saw a small sticker on the window that depicted two people holding hands on a small hill. That seemed to be us.

I was in a kitchen after a party had dissipated. I looked into the sink and saw a mostly untouched bowl of salad. It had eggs in it. In the soap dish was a burger but when I picked up the top bun I found a bar of soap instead of a patty.

I was in a bus for some kind of cram school and five or so other students were in the minivan. I think we were playing a game that had a kind of survival element to it. However, it was extremely tedious and punishing. Despite its unusually cruel nature, many people replayed the game in order to grind for all of the achievements.

I was being driven to a school and some kind of event was being held. My host/driver took me around the front gate area and pointed to an old newspaper clipping that had some kind political significance. He shouted, “This kind of thing isn’t supposed to happen in our country!” Then he said how the school had archive of special events such as that but a voice from the crowd said that instead every issue was archived.
