We had been assigned to read about various scientists and their contributions to technology for class but it seemed like no one had done so. We were now all sitting in the library. One article was chosen specifically because her contributions had remained fairly obscure. When someone asked why they had never heard of the female soviet scientist that heavily changed the course of biorobotic augmentations, the professor simply replied that it was because such stories “do not sell” in America.

We were playing some kind of game where the objective was to capture certain points around the area. We were eventually on the losing end of a stalemate as me and one other person was keeping people from climbing up. I told my partner to keep them distracted while I got to the top and planned to sneak around via a glass hallway at the side of the stage. I had to stick to the ground so that the people below wouldn’t spot me. Apparently the plan was to find the rest of their team and execute them.

I had been assigned to read some sections of a Chinese magazine for class. Someone next to me asked “Isn’t that not allowed?” To which I was very confused as I did not know what she was referring to. She later clarified that the magazine was banned in some areas due to the racist undertones of its articles.

We were sitting in a restaurant and someone put up a 20 question quiz. It asked on a range of topics from asking how certain biblical figures died to locating specific countries in Africa. Later a video of lava solidifying after rolling through snow was displayed on screen. In the video were children screaming in surprise while the audience was cheering and clapping at the phenomena.

I was walking up the stairs with someone and we were talking about a conversational Chinese class that my brother was taking. It had a focus on various terms for different animals. The walls were white and the stairway narrow. Each floor opened up into a room with a large window. The light seemed to suggest it was approaching noon.

We were making a worksheet for children. For one part we had to translate poems about “yew gew frogs”. On the part right after, we had to write a scenario containing “I am Henry”.

I was late for dinner and nothing was being served in the cafeteria. I kept passing by someone but was unable to talk to them. The cup of coffee in my hand would never fill up. I figured that this was why I didn’t do things until I was sure about how it worked.

My brother had just finished playing a game and suggested that since I was here, we could play some Path of Exile. I hadn’t touched the game in a while and neither had he; I told him that we “didn’t have to”, and we left it at that. I sat down on the carpeted ground against the bed and next to the desktop tower. I was facing the wall but I could hear that there were quite a few other people in the room talking very loudly. I asked the person in front of me if they wanted to talk somewhere else to which they agreed and we walked out. There were now four of us walking out of the front door.

It was 3 AM and I was heading to bed. The sun had already risen and light came in through the window like it was noon.

I was watching a someone streaming on Twitch. Someone asked her if she planned to stream any other games besides Heroes of the Storm. I was about to leave when there was a “water tremor” which was supposedly some kind of earthquake and everything in the camera started shaking. This was happening somewhere in the middle of England and water was now rushing into the hallways.
