I sat down in one of the many rows of plastic seats in preparation for a choir performance that my friend was in. I picked a seat near the middle but later realized there was a large metal grate in the way. I moved a couple of seats to the side but my dad said I was blocking the view behind me.

A classmate told me she was going to give a lecture on Gangnam Style this week. Someone else had prepared a special Touhou themed sashimi set. Crabs started crawling into the restaurant through the front door. I figured that we must be on some kind of class trip. I wondered to myself why I haven’t had Japanese class in a while. I forgot that I was no longer in high school.

I was playing some kind of horde shooter RTS game and I was tossing out a bunch of bombs around with friendly fire on. This had irritated my teammate, especially when I ended up stealing a bunch of XP from his lane. He asked if I was “promoting soon” and actually needed the experience.

Everyone was serving themselves dessert on a tray before sitting down at their desks. I started eating my plate of cake and jello. We were given a sheet of red and gold star stickers and offered the opportunity to trade them with other students however we wanted. I was wondering whether I should just give the entire sheet away since I didn’t see a use for them.

I went downstairs with my camera with the intent of taking pictures of the trees around our apartment building. A dog was following along with me as I looked up towards the large tree trunks for a shot.

We had just picked out a new series of anime to watch and it was a sequel to something we’d watched before. The episode previews were rather cryptic and the format seemed to change with every episode. My friend was enjoying the show but said that it was a failed pick because for some reason watching it required a per-episode fee.

I was walking across a school field when someone asked me why I was always the last person to leave a venue. I didn’t really have a good answer.

I was playing a space strategy game which had just recently released a rather immersion-breaking content patch. I was entering gift codes to unlock the free anime girl portraits that came with the update. My phone started freezing up.

I was playing Magic the Gathering with my dad and it was getting late. We packed up all of the cards into a suitcase and got ready to leave. We somehow ended up with a spare empty suitcase and no one could remember what was originally inside of it. I contemplated taking it back with us but ended up leaving it under the coffee table.

I was in the garage looking for a new bag to replace my backpack that I’d been using for years. I put some coins into the secondhand bag vending machine until 5 or so popped out from the bottom. I set the bags on the table on the other side of the room and started rummaging through them. I took a liking to a dark green canvas messenger bag and was surprised to find stacks of cash in a ziploc bag inside.
