I was being chased down the hill as I shouted towards the docks for someone to prepare a boat. As I approached the water, I jumped into the boat and started paddling away. We were around halfway to the other shore when our boat started to sink. I jumped out with my stuff in an attempt to lighten the load and swim the rest of the way.

My brother was taking a shower while I was in my room packing my luggage. I heard my father shouting from downstairs. I walked down to see my niece jumping and learning how to fly. My brother came out of the shower and asked what happened. “You missed out on a lot” I told him.

I walked into my first English class of the semester in search of an empty seat. I went around asking if certain seats were free until I found an open desk. As I sat down someone else also asked if the seat next to me, which was clearly occupied by another person’s belongings, was free. I heard someone say no, but he sat down anyways. I opened up my notebook to see sketches in blue ink of anime girls. I quickly flipped through the pages in embarrassment.
