I was falling asleep in my seat while I listened to the people around me continue to bustle and chatter within the sofa area. However whenever I opened my eyes, I saw no one around me. Suddenly, in one instance I had woken up with some friends in the presence of the dragon of time travel. We, for some reason, were engaging and attacking this dragon in the snowy courtyard but I did not see the point in doing so.

Someone had come in late to the room while the exam had already started. They had to wait until 13:30 until they could begin.

I was working in a restaurant kitchen and tonight my parents had decided to pay a visit for dinner. It was nearly closing time and I was walking back and forth from the kitchen to their table. Some stranger asked me what I was teaching because they saw me tutoring another student a few days ago. “Who’s that” my parents asked.

I was sitting on the patio of the cafeteria late at night. My mouth was wide open but I could feel that my molars were cracking as if they were grinding on each other again. “How much longer is this place open?” I wondered. Three people were sitting at a round table a couple of meters away. They were talking about someone’s appearance who was apparently standing behind me. I resisted the urge to turn around to see who they were talking about.

We were walking along the road that snaked up the mountain side in the heavy rain. I was thinking about walking back down to a store to buy something to eat when it was brought to my attention that it was flooding higher up and water was now rapidly crashing down the path. “This happened the last time we were here” my brother said. My dad was surprised that my brother had been up here before.

They wanted to make the pool of water in the sand table as large as possible by moving the corners of sand as far away from each other as possible. I didn’t, but I didn’t say anything either.

We were biking downhill and we passed by a cluster of trees that were named “The Five Colors of Fall”. They were grafted in such a way that there were five vertical bands of colors on the leaves (green, red, orange, yellow, white). I thought about taking a photo to send to my dad but I was riding down the hill too quickly.

I had unintentionally killed a boss and picked up the unique “Magelion’s Repeating Crossbow”. I warned the others of a potential spy within our ranks as I knew that people were going to be hunting for me.

It was that time of year again. We expected them to come tumbling down the hill with their incomprehensible and horrifying screams as we huddle up in our bunkers until they passed by us. “Run and hide!” someone shouted as the first of them came whizzing from the trees. I found a group of people who were shaking in their blanket fort and joined them. We closed our eyes and hoped for the best.

They pointed to a map on the board with two continents. “Do you ever wonder why North America and Europe have the same shape?” they asked. The two landmasses kind of resembled a Europe that was squashed vertically and stretched along a slight curve. They answered their own question, “they were shaped by the wind and Earth’s rotation over time.”
