It was nearly 9 AM and I was going to be late for school. I looked at the clock that reported to be 3 o’ clock which I knew instinctively was wrong. There was also an exchange student in our house which made the situation a bit more stressful. I picked up a bag full of toast before running out of the house.

My family and I were running through the subway station on the way to our vacation. The underground walkways were filled with skeletons which we tried to avoid. We were the only living beings down there.

I was planning to sleep soon but I was looking at the things that were set on the bathroom counter by the sink. I was thinking about what I was going to do the next day. “It’s not an everyday X” resonated in my head.

There was a new Metroid game and we were able to preload it on the console while it was downloading on the handheld. The gameplay seemed to resemble GoldenEye for the N64. On the table was an artbook for the new enemies in an upcoming Kirby game.

I was on a bus with my family 18 years ago. We had missed a turn so we replayed the event. This time we slowed down as my dad told the driver to go left. Now there were two bowls of cereal on my tray. My brother put one on my knee and it fell to the ground. I had told him that would happen.

I woke up in my room with the window on the left of the bed. The curtains were only slightly open so I sat up to look outside. A classmate was in his own bedroom in another building studying vocabulary from a textbook.

There was an event by the docks where you had to throw people into the water while being blindfolded. Afterwards people were discussing about where to build a new restaurant.

I was a kind of test subject for academic workloads. All of my work was to be done on alternating days. An image of a red horse was used as a form of brainwashing. My calculus homework was about fireworks.
