I was walking through the neighborhood in the early hours of the morning before I had to go to class. Two people in front of me were wearing a dark shade of green. After walking in a large loop, my dad asked me if I got ready for class. I answered that I didn’t because I took a different path today and wasn’t operating according to my usual routine.

I was walking through immigration and handed them my Taiwan ID card. I hard forgotten that I was supposed to give them my passport and visa instead which caused some confusion. While I got my documents out of my backpack, I explained that I had been in the US for a month and forgot standard procedure. However while my backpack was open, and immigration officer reached in and took out a Japanese dictionary. He seemed to be very fascinated by it and was flipping through the pages of the dictionary.

In front of me was a large mallard with the approximate size and proportions of an ostrich. I started to pet its head with my back of my hand and thought about taking a picture of it. However I kept holding my phone too close to the bird and was unable to get a clear photo of the duck’s head.

I sat up from the mattress and was told that the room was lit with polarizing light. People said if I tilted my head up, everything would appear dark. I was however unable to move my neck at all.

I was browsing through Tumblr on my phone and there was a picture of an orange building on a cliff overlooking a highway. It was supposedly an academic building of sorts and snow was spilling out of the windows.
