We had a physics project where we had to create our own remote control helicopter that was to break the record altitude. We had a lot of issues with mapping the controls onto the buttons of our controller because the manual we were given was printed in black and white. “I’ll go look for the original manual” I said as I left the room. I remember that at one point I did see how the red, green, blue, yellow buttons were supposed to be mapped. I failed to find this original manual but I forgot that I intended to do so, so I returned to the room empty-handed. We pressed different buttons on the controller without response until someone reminded us that we forgot to program it in. “Well, fuck it.” someone said, “We’ll just map the buttons to whatever.”
